In the second-to-last game of their six-game homestand, the Wizards host the Nuggets on Saturday in the second of two contests this year.

Earlier this season, the Nuggets got the best of Washington, defeating them 117-104 in a game where Bradley Beal was held to just 14 points. Can the Wizards avenge the early-season loss on Saturday?

Here's everything you need to know.

WIZARDS vs. NUGGETS INJURY REPORT

Wizards: Bradley Beal (day-to-day/calf), Thomas Bryant (OUT/foot), Davis Bertans (OUT/quad), Rui Hachimura (OUT/groin), Moe Wagner (OUT/ankle), C.J. Miles (OUT/wrist), John Wall (OUT/Achilles)

Nuggets: Paul Millsap (day-to-day/knee soreness), Bol Bol (OUT/groin)

WIZARDS vs. NUGGETS PLAYERS TO WATCH

Isaiah Thomas, G, Wizards (13.3 ppg, 2.1 rpg, 4.8 apg): Beal returned to the lineup on Wednesday, but the Wizards are still without Hachimura, Bryant and Bertans. Thomas has a tough matchup guarding Jamal Murray, but will have to pick up the scoring on the offensive end if Washington wants to upset Denver.

Nikola Jokic, C, Nuggets (18.2 ppg, 9.8 rpg, 6.5 apg): Imagine having a down season and still averaging 18/10.6. Well, that's exactly what Jokic is doing. One of the most dynamic bigs in the NBA today, the Wizards will have a hard time stopping him, especially with the plethora of frontcourt injuries they are dealing with.

Michael Porter, Jr., F, Nuggets (6.0 ppg, 2.9 rpg, 0.4 apg): Don't look at his season averages. The second-year pro has enjoyed the best three-game stretch of his career, including a career-high 25 points against Indiana on Thursday. The ability of Porter has never been doubted (he likely would have been a top-five pick in 2018 had he been healthy), but now that he's at full strength and playing meaningful minutes, he's one to look out for.
